This charming city is simply on your way! Placed on very important routes for centuries, easily accessible, in present is pulsing in the south-west part of Macedonian country, in the west part of Pelagonia Plain (the biggest granary in the country), on the foothill of the mountain Baba, at average height above sea level of 650 meters, with urban area of 24km2.
Bitola is only 15km distance from the border with Greece, 180km distance from the capital Skopje and only 75km distance from the most popular tourist destination in Macedonia-Ohrid.

There are two airports in the Republic of Macedonia. They serve flights to and from most of Europe’s major airports.
Alexander The Great – Skopje. This is the main airport in the country. It is near the capital city Skopje, about 20 minutes ride from the city.

International lines to Bitola:
From Belgrade to Bitola – every day at 21:30. This line is operated by the company Transkop-Bitola. More information about time tables, tickets, reservations on: http://www.bas.co.yu
From Sofia to Bitola – every day at 16:30 and 20:00. The line in 16:30 is operated by the bus company Transkop-Bitola, and the line in 20:00 is operated from Mat Pu company.
From Bitola to Vienna – every Sunday at 06:00 and 07:30. The line for and to Vienna is operated by Eurobus.
